The Renegade Smoothie
This is one of Niraj's favourite morning rituals.
The famous Renegade Smoothie.
He recommends having it AFTER your morning meditation/workout routine.
- 1 heaped tablespoon of SOMA Breath Colostrum
- 1 or 2 tablespoons of raw cacao
- 1 tablespoon of maca
- 1 tablespoon of ghee
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 pint of coconut water
You can get very high-quality colostrum from our online store here.
(Ghee and Renegade Colostrum not the same as dairy as does not contain milk proteins!)
Blend together (you may want to add a sweetner like honey, stevia or xylitol for taste) using a high quality blender like a Nutrimix or Vitamix.
You can also add ice to make it nice and cold on a hot day!
Small rituals such as this one can add years to your lifespan.
By carefully paying attention to both your inner world and outer world, you will enjoy much better health and overall happiness in your life.
