One of the key elements to SOMA Breath is our incredible music.
I am a professional musician, and I was responsible for completely revamping the brainwave entrainment industry by developing Trypnaural Meditation. We use these same techniques in all of the music produced for SOMA Breath.
What you’ll notice about SOMA Breath’s music is that it is totally uplifting, beautiful, and harmonic. It is designed especially for that purpose. I created it to enhance your breathwork meditation journey, so that participants get to reach a state of pure ecstatic bliss.
Brainwave entrainment music is nothing new. In fact, our ancestors were the pioneers of brainwave entrainment: the ancient tribes of Africa were using the very same techniques thousands of years ago.
Our ancient ancestors were really advanced when it came to the knowledge of meditation and music, and its benefits for our mind, body, and spirit. The music they composed was dedicated to nurturing the soul and enhancing the mind.
So What Are SOMA Breath’s Secrets?
Trypnaural Music
Just like calculators help us get complex maths problems done in a fraction of the time it would otherwise take, the innovation of technology like Trypnaural helps you get into deep meditative states very fast.
Trypnaural takes the very best parts of both ancient and modern entrainment techniques for profound results that you will experience in minutes. Combined with breathwork and meditation exercises, the results are astounding.
Tribal Rhythms & Hypnotic Music
Sound and music has a profound ability to alter your brainwave state, particularly when it has a good rhythm behind it. We use specially composed grooves and music to produce deep trance states in minutes.
African tribes would use special ritual drumming techniques to take the ritual participants into a deep hypnotic state. The medicine men would use this to invoke deep visions, aid the recovery from sickness and injury, and even communicate with the spirits of the native lands.
Isochronic Tones
Isochronic tones are powerful and effective brain trainers, far superior to binaural beats. They synchronise your brain with specific rhythms of pulses and tones. Using headphones enhances the effects of isochronic tones, but the effects are still very strong without.
How Do Isochronic Tones Work?
Isochronic tones work by utilising equal intensity tones and increasing the pulse speed to synchronise your brain with the rhythm. The more distinct and clear wave from harmonises your brain much faster.
Hypno-fractal visuals can be incorporated into SOMA Breath workshops, but are not a key element.
This mimics the same methods used by the ancient tribesman who would beat their drums to a certain rhythm. In the case of our music, it is designed to produce exactly the right frequencies in your brain for deep meditation, heightened emotional states, stress reduction, state change, reprogramming the subconscious mind, and producing hormones like serotonin and melatonin.
How Do Binaural Beats Work?
When you play two separate frequencies in each ear, say 140 Hz and 149 Hz, the difference in frequency is 9 hz. Your brain compensates for this difference and a third tone of 9 Hz is experienced. This will result in your brainwave frequencies increasing or decreasing, essentially tuning your brain to a desired frequency. Headphones are essential for binaural beats to be effective.
Hypno-Fractal Visuals & Mandalas
Our ancestors used flickering flames and mandalas as cornerstones of their rousing rituals. Today, we use sophisticated visualization programs that carry us to elevated states of consciousness shown to produce trance-like states of relaxation, enhanced intellectual functioning, and even increased IQ scores.
